Customer's reviews
My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from City Cars Bedford. I was a little skeptical about them at first based on ChatGPT recommending them and their prices being much more reasonable than other companies. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the superb service. The dispatcher kept me well informed on the cars that would arrive. They arrived promptly and the drivers were super courteous. We even booked them for a 4 hour tour around Bedford, which is not their specialty, and they were great. I highly recommend them for those traveling to/from the area from the London airport as well as local transportation around Bedford.

We recently used this taxi service for both drop-off and pick-up to and from Heathrow Airport, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a big difference, especially after a long flight. Communication was clear throughout, and the pick-up was perfectly timed despite flight schedules.
What really stood out was the pricing—very reasonable compared to other options in Bedford, without compromising on quality. It’s definitely one of the best economical taxi services in the area.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and affordable airport transfers. We’ll definitely be using this service again!

Omar, who came to pick us up was really friendly, accommodating, and always check for our comfort and made sure everything within the car was to our liking even up to the temperature and music. Seems like a well experienced driver, had a smooth drive from the airport to the drop oof point and was even patient with us as we had to drive by McDonald's to grab a bite for dinner.
The service in general is punctual easy to use, this is my second time using them for airport Dropoffs and pickup's.
Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.
